You dont need to upgrade. The stock disk are fine you can get them for £65 or so from Fred or other places all these vented etc disks are a waste of time IMO they wont make nay difference.
As for pads well there not to expensive and there tones of choice. Best do a serch for pad recomendations everyone swears by a diferent type. But if stock ones have don fine Id stay with them. Buy them form Halfords though forget Renault they want stupid money and Halford etc sell the exact same pads from the same manurfacturer just 1/2 the price.
Big discs make a massive difference, I doubt you would need to go bigger than 315mm though, matched with a set of AP racing or Brembo 4 pots you will have no fade at all.
In my case i had to pit every 20mins during trackdays to let my tyres cool rather than the brakes.
IMHO steer clear of the cheaper brands in all the mags as the quality aint to hot.
