Bizzare !

When you say it doesnt stop, do you mean no friction at all ?!

Ive no idea..... ive chaged pads/disks and bleed them but never had that kind of prob. Just cant imagin why it would do that.

when i drive forwards and slam on its as if the ABS is kicking in and not allowing me to stop. there is some friction as it does stop the car eventually its like braking hevaily on ice!!

yeh all pads are fine! i only changed them a few months ago! but why would that mean that it stops ok when going backwards?

i havent taken the car off my drive!! i almost hit the wall traveling at about 5mph because the brakes didnt work luckily my drive is sloped so gravity saved me! when i let the roll backwars down the drive though the brakes work fine!

could you have got fluid on the pads possibly? That would be my guess. try some brake cleaner and if you still have no joy try them under the grill for a min or 2 then sand off the top layer of crap and try again

Theres a wire going to the hub which goes to a sensor check the wire the sensor and the teethed ring on the driveshaft.

Cost depends whats wrong might be free just plug it in.
