Audi TT 3.2 V6
Hi, as some of you will remember a couple of months ago the drivers side rear drum on my brum brum disintegrated and caused the rear drivers side wheel to lock on.
I had the drivers rear shoe and front pads changed which resulted in some seriously good brakes again...I never got round to changing the rear passenger drum but all seems ok with that.
Now a couple of months on my brakes seem to have got worse (not sure if that’s just physiological) and im getting screeching when I brake...sounds like its coming from the rear drivers side drum which is odd. I took the braking steady for a few hundred miles to allow the breaks to bed in but have since hammered them on the odd occasion.
Soooo.... Any suggestions on what is causing the screeching? Have I shagged the breaks already? Or is it likely just the rear passenger shoe needs sticking on?
Cheers, Russ
