ah rite, nice one, in that case - mite have to get your expert opinion at some point lol, it's got misfire at idle. renault brislington couldnt find anything....

temp solution for the splitter is going to be to try one of the 307 ones a couple of people on here have jst started using. doesnt look much different to the cup one and is £100 cheaper.

Ok mate i would have had a quick look. Dan did you have a problem similer to this?

Know, never had a mis-fire problem.

It always, like others rumbled with the exhaust quietly popping on idle though.

Around the 30k it had a new coil pack, water temp sensor, plugs etc. That was the cure the it not starting first time from cold when left out all night 1 out 10 times.

I cured that problem though by getting a house with a garage for the last 1.5 years I had it.

also had a new coil pack at about 45k in June ish. may change the plugs in the hope its a quick fix myself, as its on 58k now.....so they could well be done and need replacing anyway. other than this misfire, no other problems with it. stands outside my apartment block every nite, and never fails to start on the first turn. just feel bad for leavin her stood on the kerb all time.
