I think there were a few of us that picked up injuries prior to FCS.

I put a nasty dent in my door pillar the day before

I think his wheel fell off - broken spacer eventually leading to the wheel coming off at low speed, and being forced into the arch?

omar is right. Although my local mechanic recons this other mechanic hit a pot hole causing the wheels bolts to be ripped out and the spacer snapped after. But i guess ill never know this is a pic from the scene of the crime
