Well, Just before the bridge on the slip road, 172 cup Rude boi wheels/ Exhaust. Traffic car behind it and someone under the bonnet. Anyone off here?

Not sure on stripes. Had big oval exhaust and 17's lowerd a bit and maybe tinted windows?
