Broken Eibach Sportline

Just had my mot done and a broken rear coil spring was on the rather annoyingly long list of failures. The thing is i've only had the sportlines on for just under 4 years and they've probably only covered 10k miles, probably less. Car has never been tracked or anything. Surely there's a guarentee on them?

Just wondered if we have any direct contacts to Eibach or something via the forum or if anyone knows a way to sorting something out?
