my 1st post on this topic, straigt from the clap clinic

these sound very much like blisters, best bet is to get a warm needle, then lance them, they will produce a little puss, but will heal perfectly in a couple of days, just make sure the needle is sterilised and you add a small amount of dettol to the infected area
