buckled wheels??

Hi all,

I had brought a set of ROTA grids recently and noticed the car was vibrating like a donkey then I realised the guy I brought it off never gave me spigot rings. So I've brought some and fitted them on but it has only dampened the steering wobbles. I was wondering if my car starts to vibrate quite badly at speeds of 50+ mph, will it be most likely be because the wheels are bent or could it be down to another issue such as alignment and balancing??

would appreciate your views.

I should tink they are simply not balanced... Just pop to your local Tyre place and get them to check.
