Someone in college mentioned he dropped his phone, he pritty much just drove straight of the road though.

The story goes "pelicans" flew infront of his window, that was the story up until the point he realised someone had caught it on camera.

The best laugh is, the engine was apparently left running in the water, how thats possible i have no idea

Anyway he dropped his phone and went to pick it up and drifted off the road. He added the pelican bit it to make it like it wasn't his fault.
