bulbs for 172 phase 1

hi all, does anyone know the bulb name out of the twin optics 172 light in the phase 1 like h4 etc, i need to buy high watt ones, btw its the main beam ones with the plug adaption thinggy

H7 you need not h4

Sorry mate, just realised that your main beam is the h4 bulb, then your full beam is h7

THe bluevision ones are good, definately shine twice the distance than OE bulbs
