Bump + no claims, advice needed please.

I was in a slight bump that was not my fault on a roundabout, but at the mo the only witness on my side was somone on foot i know, not independant.
the other dvr had sombody in the the car if its 2 words vs 2, how will the insureurs deal with it?
i really dont want to lose my NC.....

how you mean i was ahead and he has a dented wing and bumper near side front and i have scratches dvrs side rear (was above the wheel arch on my car a very strong point so not much on mine)

i would of thought its pretty obvious from the damage that he went into the back of you, unless you reversed into him (going round a roundabout - not a good idea to start reversing!), so id of thought it wld of been his fault.
Did u tell any one you knew ur witness on a personal level??

they wont take the passengers word or your mates word for it they will go on circumstances and photos of the crash site and damage.
thats what happened to me, taxi drove into me on a round about, my girlfriend was a passenger, insurance said she was biased,not because she was my GF but because she was inthe crash. the taxi driver got anothe driver from the same firm to come forward as a witness witha laws of physic bending explanation of how the crash was my fault. because he was the same firm his state ment through out, now because she is a lying b*tch, a year on its still unsettled and i'm still £470 out in damage repairs.
is ther no CCTVin the area, the council might charge you £60 for the tape, tho, that how much they were going to charge me until i looked at it and saw the camera was looking the other way at a guy jay walking dambit.

sorry but it'll be your word a gainst his, in that case them your probably looking knock for knock, if you have lazy insurere and lawyers like mine (damn you RAC and oyur indian claim handlers who know 2 english words no and sorry!)
