Bump Strips

I want to take them off so I can colour code them.

I have had a little tug at them :evil: but I am scared of damage

I have looked for a guide but cannot seem to find one, so can anybody help please?

Best thing to do is get something like a screwdriver but wrap some cloth round it so you don't damage anything...
