Fittet my coilovers today and did the bumper bracket too.
I've searched to find some pics of this mod, been told that many people just bend it out of the way but I never found some actual pics
Anyway, for those interested here's how I did it
removed the arch liner and twisted the bracket so it is kinda tangent to the wheel
the plastic bit from the bumper had to be cut off a little in order to twist easier aswell
now it fits better over the bracket
after that the arch liner got the round bit cut off
I had some plastic leftovers so I "stitched" a straight piece of plastic over the gap
everything back in place
happy cornering now
btw, solid k-tec mounts could be a b**ch to get off, took me several good hours to get them out of the old shocks. If trying this yourselves make sure you have some proper tools and a buddy to help
