Bumper mould

Just wondering if anyone here knows how easy/hard it is to fit right hand mould of a bumper (in picture). My car got a scrap on the right side in a carpark so I want to replace it.

Its a bumper off job as far as i know

Pull off from outside to inside. Then put on in reverse order.
