Burning .dmg file with windows???

How do i do this as its apples version of an iso and you cant just burn it with nero.

Downloaded a driver pack for an apple that has vista running on it but i cant burn them with windows xp/nero.

Need something to convert it to a standard iso that you dont have to pay for!?

it only does upto 300mb. mines 380mb!! grrr....
