Burning smell

Noticed the last couple of days that when I switch on the engine, I get a burning smell for about 20 seconds then it disappears..only happens after switching on the engine.

I have checked all the fluids (oil, engine coolant etc) but I cannot see any leaks. Oil level is fine. The engine is not over heating so I am thinking something may have got on to the exhaust manifold and is burning itself off.

Anyone else got any other suggestions?? I would prefer not to take it to the local Reno muppets..

get it checked, maybe nothing better safe than sorry I say.
At least if its check you have a lot more comeback if it catches fire.
