Burpspeed Go-Karting Meet

Don't worry, I wil be paying today, my team mate is in bloody cornwall and seems impossible to get hold off. Cocker.

Is there a different price breakdown for a smaller team? Just so I have all the details....
 
£190 per team ffs plus £6 ea for food.



Team of 4 inc food=£214
Minus dep £80 =£134
pay on day each =£33.50
 
Shame on me! Have been working non-stop recently and had completely forgotten about this.

Anyway, deposits have been sent over for myself and also Ben_r1 so Team 7 now fully paid. :)

If anyone knows anyone personally on the list of people that haven't paid, it may be worth contacting them. Then the person that cares can get back to us and let us know what's going on, i.e if they're not bothering or whatever.

What about anyone else on his team? Surely they can just stump up for the team for now, Fred's going to be good for it.

Thanks for the heads up dan, it totally left my mind.

Just waiting to hear back off fred in dubai and mat in Oz. Bit awkward, but I'm onto it now and will update asap

We only need one more team and we've got the magical 10.

(well 10 involved, maybe not FULLY paid up, but in)

Hopefully once we've got 10 teams in, we can add members here and there if we need to.

I've updated the list based on the people I have actually received monies from since my last post.

We now have 8 fully paid teams, 1 partially paid and 3 who have paid no deposit at all. If those teams whose deposits haven't been paid, or have been partially paid want to contact me and let me know whats going on as soon as possible it would be appreciated. In fairness to Tony, who has already paid out of his own pocket to secure this event, I am now setting a final deadline of new years day for those teams who have paid no deposit to sort out with me what is going on. If it is not sorted by that date, we'll have to offer team places to other people.

Green Teams = Fully paid
Orange Teams = Partially paid - people havent paid marked in RED
Red Teams = No deposits received at all

FYI, i generally send people a pm when i require payment from them, not expect them to keep tabs on a thread in a foreign part of the forum, ie the Brummy section.

We're all from Surrey. I certainly never look in here lol ...

right chaps, we're out. those that know me know i wouldnt have just put my foot in for the sake of it but myself and riad have personal commitments that the roundtrip and costs can go towards, i assure you its not what we want but family comes first. fred hasnt said whether he can do it, but tbh he's on perm call out and he'd (knowing him) have work the same day. mat might not come back from Oz so it renders him out and i cant phsically afford to pay that kind of money out.


ive tried over the last week to sort it but i've just lost a job so it kicks me back into reverse.

You will need to pay deposits as soon as possible, like now, so please put your name down on the list and PM me to confirm the space is still available. I also havent heard from cookie and maybs so it looks like space for 2 more teams.
