Bathurst is such an epic circuit.

I was gutted when Forza sacked off Blue Mountain, it was basically Bathurst renamed was a cracking circuit to drive around.

I never had Forza 1, but loved Bathurst in the Toca World series.

Crazy that the V8 driver only went round a second slower than Button.. I suppose that's what happens when you know the track

I'm not overly surprised. Button himself mentions about wanting/needing more time to get the track down. Granted I've not driven it IRL but having been around it on Forza I can see what he means. Elevation, camber and crests etc make it a lot more challenging than the flat characterless circuits they see on F1 (granted there are exceptions but the modern tracks lack variation)

Would rather see Bathurst on the F1 calender than the usual Aussie GP.
