Looks nice from pictures but for me its too cheap and you know what they say about when things are to good to be true......worth an enquiry though

Possibly but I sold mine for £1800 and that didn't have any problems. Tempted to view but I've forgot the common things to look for.

Just rang. Belts not been done in at least the last 50k and no record of being done before. No service history too.

As above too cheap. If you can stretch your budget you'll get a cracking car for the money. You can judge a lot about the car for sale by the description...

  Whichever has fuel
Get it for £17/1800, fit a splitter (it's missing) get a massive service and belts done and for £2500 you'd have a nice car that you know has had all the service/belts done properly.
