Buying an engine stand??

Im lookign at gettign an engine stand but i am clueless! I looking at doing work on a valver/williams engine, or perhaps a 172/182. Are any of the following any good?

yeh there both good . i have used the top one and would recommend it . dont go to mad with the bidding as there only £50 new iirc
