**Buying new clio online

  H22A7 Accord Type R

need some advice guys.......the clio Dci 100 is pretty damn expensive to buy, main dealer says he cant knock much off them, got quoted about £10,100 for a new Dci 80, hmmm. if you can check out http://www.broadspeed.comhttp://www.broadspeed.com they are verrrry well priced! An ex demo black dci 100 without air con is £10k at my local dealer............so many places to look, soooo much money, i wanna be spending the sensible side of £10k really!!! Makromotors sell the dci 80s for a good price too, but those are european specs i think, so dont wanna go down that route. Any help wud be great guys, as i need a new car, quickly, all this sh*t is starting to stress me out, what a hassle its gonna be to just get my personal plate off the car.......... fill in, send off v5, get new v5 with new tax disc, send v5 to insurance, get tax back and send it off for refunding........all a ball ache!!! need car asap!..........................

Id realy recomend you look at the 65hp models much cheaper.

The 100 is expensive as its the top spec diesel and its a complex expensive engine. Id realy recomend you barter for a yr or two old 65 or 80dci and think of all the drpeciation you wil save.

Tunning box will get ~84hp

The 65 has more like 70hp stock and close on the same torque as the 172 or the 80dci.

The 80dci has ~85hp in real life.

Not that that will convince you if i were in your position Id probably do the same go for the more powerful engine.

ok buddy, another question........... warranty? i assume it would be ok, seeing as its coming from a Reno dealer. Salesman today told me that garages are less keen on warrantying cars they havent sold............but he would say that, he is a salesman......and my car has been to his garage loads of times for servicing, which i didnt buy it from!! Think im gonna have to give Broadspeed a ring.

Any car ie EU import so long as its not from cyprus has a full Renault 3 yr warently the dealers might not give you a courtesy car if they can get away with it (ie they fix the car in under 24hrs) but apart from that they cannot treat you any diferently although some try.
