buying PC fans, why can't i find...

Right am after a new case fan (silent one) and a Processor fan.. but I can't find them anywhere..

The Case fan is 9cm, can only find 8 and 12.

The CPU fan, I can't find on its own as 70x70x15, they only come with the metal bit included, which would be annoying but ok but I havn't a clue how to get mine off the MoBo, they all seem to have weird clips but mines screwed down, took the screws off and still couldn't work it out....hmmm

You get the whole CPU cooler - you don't get just a CPU fan.

As for case fan, sure it's not 92mm?

Ok, will have to work out what cooler I need, do I just go by what CPU I have, so if I have an AMD 3200+ and then the socket type? so should this fit?

The case fan, well its 9cm with a ruler lol so it could be 92mm but all I see online is 8cm and 12cm, when buying do I just make sure its the same number of pins on the socket, voltage and amps?

ye that het sink should be fine

fans all have either 3pin or connect to a molex, if they connect to main board u`ll need 2 pin as these have rpm lines on, if its molex ones u can allways use adapters / wire them in yer self.

all are same voltage n amps

also if yer searching for fans they`ll nearly all be listed in mm if yer searching
