Buying RSTuner

Just looking at the RSTuner kit and its all very hard to understand

Do you get the connection cables when you buy it or do you have to buy them separate?
There is a option the 29 euro where you can get EODB II what is this for? Do i need it for my 2004 172 Clio Sport?

Also been reading you get the RON98 map for free?

Need help as wanting to buy tomorrow
