Buying Unlocking Codes for Phone

Anyone know if these are legit??
Trying to unlock a Samsung galaxy s2 from Orange onto Three and a few searches have mentioned buying unlocking codes.
Any ideas peeps??

Ebay. Got one for my HTC one for less than £3 and it worked a treat. Check the sellers feedback before you buy.
