Buying Used Cars

  Suzuki SV1000S
What a bloody pain it is. When you buy a used car and all is well, the seller tells you it has new brakes etc and the new thing you know you need new wishbones, new ball joints, new pads, new bump stops etc etc..... ggrrrrrr

Mine does too - I don't know. I turn up to work this morning at 8am and am told I need to set up the new Altiris system and migrate all the existing data onto the new SAN appliances - Get to the garage at 6pm and am hit with more work that needs to be done to make it safe (tell the guy, yeah whatever I bought the car from a friend who assured me it had new brakes and suspension etc, yup thats right a friend) he then jacks it up and shows me, Bugger - Gonna get a bill at the end of the month for #£500+ however I suppose at least then it will have a whole new brake system, the abs will work the front end will have new suspension and the fuel and oil sdystem will be new LOL ouch..
