Buzzing vibrating noise from front!?

I have an anoying buzzing/vibrating sound coming from the front of the car.

Its only there briefly when the revs are low, eg if I'm in 2nd when going slow over speed bumps or after I have slowed down for traffic but am still going to fast to put it back into 1st.

Bushes at front are apparently alright. Could it be engine mounts?

Any hints or help would be great.
