Bye Clio 1.6.. Hello C2 VTS

Time has come to let go of my much loved Clio, really enjoyed this car, was a big jump from the black 1.2 Clio i had

However picking up this tomorrow night!

Can't say I am a huge fan of the wheels but it looks tidy enough.. I have had a couple myself GT and a VTS, they are good cars alround just watch the gearbox as they are known for shitting input shafts.

I had two of these (one code & one vts -first car). Good little cars IMO.

Not a massive fan of the wheels it must be said but if you like them.

Can't wait to pick it up, i'm not too keen on the wheels either but they'll do for a while and i'll use them as winter wheels.

First thing on the list is to upgrade all the door speakers and start a boot build this weekend

i got one of these a couple of years back as a bit of cheap motoring. The front spring snapped in the cold but apart from that was alright. sold it and got another clio which looking back on it i should have done instead of the vts. feel big inside though

Mate had one and gearbox was always a problem and eventually blew up leaving him carless due to the repair costs of the damage. Car never kept up with anything either, really not a fan if these at all. Hope yours is a goodun

On topic, whats the thought process behind selling a 1.6 french hatchback to buy a 1.6 french hatchback?

Turn off the fogs, fit OE front lights & wheels. You'll have a fun little car.

No Bonnet isn't open, looks like it though, its not got spacers on it either.. :/

Also looking for some OEM front light as the angel light scene isn't for me no more because people think 'chav' soon as they see them.

Got an i voice here too over the gear box, he had it replaced with a brand new one last year for £2550.

Reason for buying this car was because my 1.6 Clio broke down took it to the garage and the quote they gave me to fix it put me off so decided on a new car & insurance purposes, would love a BMW but can't insure one.

I've had a good look and i see what you mean on the photos that it does look limb sided, it appears that on them photos that was taken by previous owner just didn't close the bonnet properly -.-
