Tom - Right i've been driving it all week and had great fun. Just a few points that had stood out to me:

The Toyo Proxies on the front are s**t compared to the Potenza re720's i had on the valver.

Xenon headlamps are so much better then anything a valver will ever come up with lol!

The torque is great just for driving normally although it has a flat spot between 3k and 3.5k but its still better than the flat spot the valver had from 1k to 5k lol

Handling feels more stable than the valver but i still haven't pushed it to its limits yet.

Its a fair bit quicker obviously

And most importantly the girls love it!!!

I'm used to speed so i don't scare myself much.

Although i did over estimate the valvers handling capabilities once or twice lol

The valver was starting to show its age with rust etc. After 150k mile the engine wasn't at its best either.

As for modding the 172 i don't think i'll really do much. Needs smoked side repeaters and inletmanifold work done by ben.

Bit of a strange choice for first bit of tuning...why not exhaust, r sport(or similar) and de-cat first then inlet work later?

I think he means all the air bags and stuff

yeah sorry mate, don't mean to go off topic, just not too sure, realistically they are THAT much safer.

No the valver went in p/x to the owner of the 172. He wanted a track car.
