C Spanner

Is there anything else that can be used instead of a c spanner to adjust H&R coilies?

can i ask why you wouldnt use the c spanners?

would be a bit dodgy but you could turn them with a soft ended rod/bar and tap it around with a hammer. would realy advise it, no reason why c spanners wouldnt work?

I don't have any C spanners yet

Not to worry, I'll leave them as they are for the time being!

Clean them off with some citrus degreaser and a brush first, the adjuster rings and the threads.

That way you wont have to put as much force on the c spanner slots if you use a hammer and punch.
