C16RLY - Blue 182 A470 Abercynon

not sure if it was RB or Arctic as i only had a short glimpse (and it was dark) but spotted this morning at about 7:10 - 7:15 this morning on the A470.

Turned left at the Abercynon roundabout heading for Fiddler's Elbow. I was a few cars behind on may way to Cardiff. Anyone?
