Cabin recirculation?

Anyone know the fix for this?

I'm assuming its the recirculation button but the light is always on and pressing the button makes no diff! Any ideas?
 
Anyone???? Pleaseeeeee this getting annoying now, don't really wanna remove that part of the dash if its a simple fix ?
