caf duct fitting question

im wanting to fit the duct to my caf, im looking at fitting it to the bottom grill on the bumper.
my question is do i have to take the bumper off to manouvre the caf into place and fit the duct or is there any easier way?

I think there is a way to take the lower grille off without removing the bumper from memory. Its a lot easier with the bumper removed though.
