Cam belt question.

Well two really.
Cars due a cam belt change,
Does it need the de phaser doing as well? (Not faulty currently)
Best place to buy belt kit and de phaser kit?

There is no guideline from renault as far as I am aware to say it must be replaced, its upto you if you want to do so as a preventative measure.
