Cam Cover Under warranty

Need your advice fellow sporters:

I've got a fair bit of oil visible around the engine and have been told its a cam cover problem. Has anyone had the cam cover removed, cleaned and resealed by Renault and was this work covered under warranty??

I've heard the cambelt needs to be replaced as well. Is this true ??? If so would that be a warranty job too or am i gonna be ass ragged?

Thanks

Yep under warently.

Cambelt doesn't need to be changed but if it did they'd cover it under warently as its part of the job as such.

  172 cup,s2 rs turbo
normally the oil breather casting on the rocker cover so hopefully the cam cover wont need removing.

  Renault clio 1.4 16v
the cam belt will need to be changed if the oil has got on it .. some times oil comes up the threds in the bolts holding the cam cover down

Thanks for that all. Just wanted to make sure i knew what i was talking about when i take it to Renault.
