Cambelt change in wiltshire area. Engine out of car

Hi guys, I'm currently building my track/race car and the engine is almost ready to go back in. Basically who would you guys recommend to change the cambelt, pulleys and dephaser? And how much do you think they'll charge considering the engine is out of the car and ready for the belt to just be whipped off?

Located in malmesbury Wiltshire so local to me would be great
