Cambelt Change - torque settings

What are the torque settings for the dephaser pulley, tensioner and idler pulleys please

2001 172 btw

inlet (dephaser) 100nm (i do them to 125nm as i don't trust it)
exhaust pulley 30nm + 86deg (that normally equates to 125nm)
idlers 55nm
cambelt tensioner 28nm
crank pulley bolt 40nm + 110deg (there's 4 different values, but i use that one, that equates to 130-140nm normally)

I use 20Nm + 115deg (+/-15) and I use the higher end of the scale so 130deg
