Camber settings, standard and suggested on coilovers.

I'm after more help please.
what are the standard camber settings for a Clio 172 Ph2 and then once fitted with adjustable coilovers what is recognised as a ideal setup for road and track use?

I have just had coilovers fitted and the front wheels appear to be pointing out on the road and pointing inward to the arches, hence looking for advice on spacers but I am wondering if this is required at all once got camber set up.
K-tec fitted the suspension and alligned it but it's going back again in a week or so. Should I fit camber shims for rear?

Please be gentle with the technical terminology......I'm a bit of a thicko!!!

Anyone have any advice?This is what my wheels look like currently but have suspicion this will be rectified once fully re-alligned at K-Tec again next week.
