just had my car dropped 60mm, camber is now -60 and apparently should be -30. will this cause major uneven tyre wear? and is it possible to adjust the camber?

Depends how you drive but I take it they mean - 60 seconds which isn't a huge amount so if you drive hardish then it will probably even out the wear see how it goes though.
You can adjust the canber with camber correction bolts though which will give you loded of adjustment.

should be too bad in all honesty. ive got mine set at -40 which seems just about right.

60 seconds is one degree I think. Race Clio run -4 degrees or so.
