becuase rs owners get all upset that you have bought a slower more economical car which will cost alot to get a small amout of power increase, when they bought a more powerfull car in the first place.

i see where they are coming from, but we can all afford 11k lump sums to go out of our accounts.

its called a Campus S. the back bumber came with it, just had to cut the holes to make way for the exhausts, bought from here,

i bought a 56 plate campus sport and i thought the engine cover is diff like the old 1.2 16vs ones (the yellow ones) but i dont know im confused about that :S how much did u pay 4 it??? i payed 7600 4 my brand new hav you got any more pics of your car ?? have they only just come out coz im sure i got the wrong car

hmmm, dunno. no more pics as of yet. cost about the same. has yours got colour coded bumpers? are you sure its 16v not 8v. these are the differences between the normal campus and the sport

yeah just cut it out, then some fibreglass inserts come with the exhaust. fit them on after spraying them the right colour.

mate, from my past experience all car salesmen have been total to**ers! say they will ring you and they dont. stuff like that. which is weird when people are planning on giving them alot of money, youd think they would ring you every 5 minutes with information, but no! weird one really

there are 4 different modelsof the new campus. two are diesels. one is a 1.2 8v 62bhp, it doesnt have the extras like air con, metalic paint stuff like that. no colour coded bumpers. this is just the campus. then is the campus S, colourcoded, 1.2 16v 75bhp all the other s**t. i think.

i paid £7500 4 everythink air con bumper etc thats what im doing to mine lowering it 60 mm, tint windows, induction kit, exhaust, ice install, and putting 17" alloys on it but i have been told i can fit 19" on them i might get a 182 body kit to go on it i defo need to buy side skirts as there so plane :dapprove:

how did you cut the back bumper or did someone do it for you???

performance mods not really worth it unless u want to spend mega money much better with conversions, do suspension and brakes exhaust and induction for noise

there is 2 versions of the 1.2 16v D4F engine thats whats probably confusing you, the older 1 has the grey engine cover with "Renault 16v 1.2" on it and the new 1 is just black both have the same power, newer 1 should have bit more torque in theory but both about the same

Fred @ Yozza Sport has suggested Bike throtle bodies and a stronger bottom end for me- go and badger him to get it done and perhaps we could all go group buy?!

vauxhall tweeked their 1.2 16v so that it ran 80bhp and was rebadged as a twinport. as such renault tweeked theirs to get extra poke out of it.

answers to earlier q tho, i got a good mate who owns a garage that specializes in modding prestige cars. he didit all for me. my car did look well out of place next to a bently and a zonda!!!

the wheels cost me about £400 second hand.

aledgedly you could fit an eaton supercharger from a mini cooper s on it- although no-one has told me anything more about this- other than it can be done!

lose the air con compresser, get a custom mount and belt and stand alone management probably alot more than that involved too

WHat would you want to know yo use the AUX belt to power it wire up some sort of filter for it then run the air through a intercooler if your running any decient boost then plub it to the throttle body. Then either get a stand alone ECU or get the stock one remapped or run an SMT6/7 to run the extra fuel/injection etc. You'd need to change the injecotrs or run a 5th for fueling.

There a few springs PI seem to lower the most.
Chnage the shock as springs though otherwise the ride won't be ideal.
