Even dealers pay a fee for them afaik, a lower fee than standard obviously.

If you want to avoid the fee then just get the seller to sign a decleration that any outstanding finance on the car shall be down to them.

Thats free and is quite common!

i had to do one for my sisters car last week.

The new HPI website is cool.

they have increased the amount of checks they do (i did one 2 years ago)

check everythign from matching MOT certificate numbers too engine number.

well worth paying the £39.95 and u get a 10,000 cover if there false

yeh its for a friend, they will do that but would rather not buy a lemon, they can be got for free, i got one from someone on here before.

^^ Yes its a small price to pay really.

I paid around £200 for an RAC inspection. Its sensible to do if you are parting with a lot of money.
