can anyone help get my radio code?

can anyone help me? Renault want £15 and I have to go there with V5 and lisence which is a right hassle for me due to opening hours etc.
got no service book with the car so I cant find the code anywhere.

thanks in advance if anyone has any ideas?

If you know the supplying dealer of the car when new, they should have it on record. I got mine for free with a quick telephone call.

Ok cheers - ill check the plates but I suspect the lease co had thier own ones.

hi guys,

When you phone Renault to get a radio code are you phoning any branch or does it have to be the dealer that supplied the car?

I bought mine from a car supermarket and am not putting too much faith in them to get me the code. Let's just say customer serivce was not their best asset.

I think I have the code at home somewhere but I need music now!!

yeah ours was from a car supermarket too.. not tried them though as I imagine they wont help too much.

I found my radio code number in the 'Warranty and services' booklet. It was inside the front cover on a sticker, last line.

well i tried another local Renault (Darlingtons) and they were great, popped in with the car and they gave me the code for free! (and it worksS)
