Can anyone ID this splitter ?

Made by car styling Belgium, it looks close to original but the ends are open. Is it some sort of pattern part

There must be a couple of differently manufactured ones then, I got mine for my Trophy brand new from Renault and it doesn't have that marking, also I'm sure the ends are sort of closed, not an open C shape.
