You can but only with a if a certain percentage of light is transmitted through the tinted glass, so the lower the number, the darker the film allowed. I think you can do your front side, i.e. your driver and passenger window, but not limo black, just a very slight tint, but you cannot tint your windscreen.
Oh and you'd get a fine and a rectification notice. Make sure you declare any modifications to your insurance company.
