Can I make my exhaust burble?

Hi,

I have a prospeed exhaust and it does pop and burble a bit but only when its cold...

I was wondering whether you can buy something which sits in the pipes to restrict the flow (kinda like a diaphram [sp]) and thus allows it to "pop"

Feather or tap the throttle on over run, that will make it pop and burble.

The pop is only caused by unburnt fuel exploding in the exhaust system so it's not really a good thing.

i have no middle box/silencer in my mk1 and its burbles when revs die down. but doesnt pop that is when u are overfuelling it will do that
