Can renault reset mileage

The dials on my gfs clio blew, so got some second hand as renault wanted £450 for new dials!!!

Put it all together but of course the mileage is showing for whatever car it came off. Can renault reset this back to what it was if i go and tell them what it was last on?

Also will the megane white dials replace the clio dials as a direct fit?

You see people in the back of the autotrader and in the bargain pages who do mileage correction its gotta be cheaper than renault

Renault cant re-set mileage just think if they could!!

I know of no way to do this using any tools Renault use.
