Can scratch repair be done on plastic bumpers

Got a few bbig scratches on my bumpers can they do it on plastic

Not all companys but they are out there just ring around, had plastics inside and out repaired on some of my fleet cars before

I figure if the plastic is textured then to repair the texture would be difficult, I have one carpark scrape on my bumper and have often wondered the same thing.
