Can someone photoshop this for me please

I know your all probably sick of this but I need some help as Im useless with photoshop!

1) photoshop my wheels...
I would like anthracite wheels (my standard Clio wheels) with a silver rim
2)
would you lower it?

Id follow the usual first few steps, by lowering it, colour coding the bump strips, door handles and bumper inserts. Then Maybe invest in some 16" alloys and leave it. Subtlety is the way ahead

I totally agree, but I am curious as to what my car would look like if it was lowered and my original wheels were changed to the above!!

What does everyone think of the above and does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to have that done to my wheels? Also where can I get it done? I live in St Helens!!
