Can someone please recommend an MP3 player?

Can someone please recommend an MP3 player? I don't want to listen through those little earplugs, I just want to play it through a radio or hi-fi.

any mp3 will play thru radio if u have either a aux jack or get an FM transmitter (bout 10quid) u just plug it into the headphones.

iPod nano is cool, boutt £100, or the shuffle for 50

iPod nano 3rd gen is great. I would get some upgraded headphones though the standard ones are lame.

I never understand the problem people have with iTunes. It runs well on the Mac and does an easy job of transferring music/movies to the iPod or iPhone.

My main problem is, I really would like to use something else, but nothing comes close to iTunes.
WinAmp on Windows is OK for the odd track, but in terms of managing a music library, everything else sucks badly..

iTunes is simply awesome, on both Mac and Windows. Everything is right about it..

The *only* thing I would change is having it watch folders (without a dirty third party app), but apart from that, it's perfect.
