can these side strips fit???

i have a mk2 phase 1 and ive just seen this car here.....

now if i had a hole made for the indicator in the door and wiring was made could the side strips/bullets and indicator be fitted to get rid of having a side repeator on the wing?

Im guessing the doors are different lengths and are they not fitted differently?

Thought about custom making some?

the side strip on the rear quater is shorter on the mk3
